As the title "Global Technical Analysis" suggests, we focus on investment research based on technical analysis. Market timing, the analysis of a stock chart through various indicators stands at the core of our stock market analysis.

We issue a bi-weekly newsletter covering four stock market and bond market areas: U.S. Markets, Europe, Pacific Rim, and the most liquid emerging markets. Primarily focusing on equity indices we use a combination of proprietary as well as widely accepted technical indicators to identify intermediate- to long term trends in the markets and indices we follow.

This type of investment research - commonly referred to as technical analysis - does not evaluate micro/macroeconomic factors. Rather the future direction of the stock market and individual stocks, is anticipated by recognizing certain characteristic patterns.

 In addition to the weekly newsletter we issue specific buy, sell, high- and low risk alerts for markets and certain indices.

 GTA also offers customized solutions for large portfolios, i.e. monitor specific positions in portfolios, and, when necessary, alert clients of situations that may result in significant market moves.

GTA's set of indicators is constantly back-tested for each individual stock market or other markets and stocks.  The indicator set utilized to call moves for, i.e. the Dow-Jones Industrials, may therefore be different from that of the FTSE Index.
